Dear Sir,

               We bring to your notice that the recent happenings at Chirala, Prakasham District. The suppressions of People's Civil Rights by Some Politicians has created PANIC ATMOSPHERE against the citizens at that place. Has Civil Liberties activists took up the issue by Fact Finding and made it known to the Government and different Social activists has made the politicians of that region took up this as a issue with the help of Police may arrests of the Civil Liberties activists, inspite of the highest Courts i.e. High Court of AP and Supreme Court of India have observed that under this kind of situations, if social activists arrests are warranted at least an IPS Officer has to issue orders after due enquiry. It was not done. So these things we want to bring to the ENLIGHTENMENT of the CITIZE, and make the ground to follow the Judicial Findings as such we requestyou to PUBLISH this MEMORANDUM which is signed by such prominent members as
