Bhaskar Prabhu Yes but please see the commentsMumbaiPrime minister yes, but system should have Lokpal should be a permanant member in the committee appointed by Supremme court.whole matter should not be left to Lok Pal, Higher judiciary we should see the modalities how it is in other countries and judiciary should have its own transperant system with civil sopciety members, where lok pal will be a permanant member.
