It is reported that under pressure from nationwide movement, appears after the arrest of Anna Hazare, Government has sent Release Warrant to Tihar Jail, and Anna Hazare may be released by 10.00 P. M. tonight, from Tihar Jail.
Now Nation want explanation from the Government, that when he was arrested on alleged preventive reasons, that how such legal situation changed? Because, Fast unto Death of Anna Hazare is still on in the Jail, and he has not given any undertaking. Therefore, Delhi Police, and Home Minister of India should justify their earlier decision to arrest Anna Hazzare from Mayur Vihar-I, where Section 144 of Cr. P. C. was not imposed.
In fact Government should tender apology to entire nation for arrest of Anna Hazare, since his movement was for better system.
