unauthorized construction ( beyond the approved map and against the
norms as set by the state government ) on his own house no. F-2376 ,

Sir ,
I am Secretary of NGO YAISHWARYAJ Seva Sansthan, Vice President of NGO
Save Cultural Values Foundation, active member of NAPM, NCPRI,
PUCL,ASHA Parivaar, U.P. Suuchna Ka adhikaar abhiyaan and I against
Corruption.
We are operating mobile helpline 8081898081 for Right to Information
and 9455553838 against corruption.
We have come to know from our sources that Sri M.P.Vaish
Superintending Engineer,SSO Circle ,HQ,UP Housing & Development Board
has constructed his own house no. F-2376 , Rajajipuram Lucknow
illegally and there is plenty of unauthorized construction ( beyond
the approved map and against the norms as set by the state government
) . The situation of other houses owned by him as HUF in other cities
of Uttar Pradesh is also the same .
When a public servant of the stature of Superintending Engineer of
your department is himself breaking the same rules which his
department is expected to get followed by the public , the situation
is shameful and serious . This is the a heinous crime and should be
well accounted for and settled once forever to set an exemplary path
for the law breakers like Sri M. P. Vaish.
Sri M.P.Vaish Superintending Engineer says he has your and Honb'le
Mayawatiji's patronage and he shall get everyone finished if one ever
comes in his way. He says he is handling Manyavar Kanshiram Avas Yozna
and meets you and Honb'le Mayawatiji frequently .
Please take immediate action and punish the culprit Superintending
Engineer to the books as per the rules or I may be compelled to raise
a complaint with the lokayukta of the state.
