Hon'ble Sir. With due respect your applicant is drawing
kind attention to following submissions. 1-It is submitted before the
Hon'ble Sir that letter dated 6.2.2012 of PIO , MGKV University
addressed to PIO , Governor's secretariate is sheer misleading and
falsely justifying the stand of PIO. 2-It is submitted before the
Hon'ble Sir that PIO did not provide sought information on filmsy
ground. 3-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that section 7(6) was
not complied by PIO. 4-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that
some thing gone wrong in evaluating answersheets cosequently to avoid
exposure PIO is not furnishing copy of answersheets. Already
irregularity has been committed by the some university staff in
J.P.C.S. exam and now University is not interested in facing another
probe by furnishing sought information to students. Please direct PIO
, MGKV University to provide information in order to regain its lost

Hon'ble Sir. With due respect
your applicant wants to draw kind attention of Hon'ble Sir towards
following submissions as follows. 1-It is
submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that PIO of M.G.K.V. University,
Varanasi informed your applicant through letter no.
...,.,. /P.I.S./2011(Registered Post)dated...,......,......... that
in reference of
your letter
dated 06.09.2011 through which you sought information, the photocopy of
letter no.9366/RTI/2011 dated 30.11.2011 of deputy controller of
examination of
M.G.K.V. University is annexed. Please be informed with the aforesaid.
2-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that the matter of the
aforesaid letter dated 30November2011 letter no.9366/RTI/2011
addressed to PIO is that under RTI Act 2005, examinee can get the
photo copy of evaluated answersheet within 90days from the date of
declaration of the annual result on depositing prescribed fee. If any
applicant is desirous to get photocopy of evaluated answersheet , then
after following aforesaid proceedings, may send his application to
confidential department of university. This letter of deputy controler
is against the spirit of RTI Act 2005. This letter rejected the RTI
Communique on filmsy ground. 3-It is submitted
before the Hon'ble Sir that university whether vice chancellor or
examination committee is not competent to make rules. The letter of
PIO is violating the provisions of R.T.I. Act 2005.
This is humble request of your applicant to direct
PIO, OF M.G.K.V. University to made available the information as
sought through the letter dated 06.09.2011 addressed to university MGKV
Varanasi under subsection 1 of section 6 of R.T.I. Act 2005. For this
your applicant shall ever pray you Hon'ble Sir. Yours sincerely.
