Dear Sir,

The P.U.C.L, AP has filed a lot of complaints on the harasshments
of Pailwans, on Financiers previously in
old city before the Government, The High Court, The State Human Rights
Commission, AP. The P.U.C.L,AP has filed a Writ Petition under PIL
in the High Court on the land grabbing of the
Bhagamathi Heritage land in Old City, Hyderabad BY Jaffar Pail wan and others (
the land belonging to the Bhagamathi Burial Place). In those days the AIMIM, a
political party used to support Jaffar Pailwan and in return he used to support
the political party. It is being known that they used to solve each others
problems. So, in those days the Government couldn't implement the High
Court Orders
on the Jaffar Pailwan and others, and then the P.U.C.L condemned this act of
the Government.

In 2005 but when he was given counseling by the
D.C.P incharge at that time Mr Sandeep Shindyale and the RainBazaar Police
Station incharge Mr.Malla Reddy?? What did happen?? There has been a change in
the attitude of Jaffar Pailwan and his followers. In these days on
this context Jaffar
Pailwan is not listening to the words of AIMIM, we don't know why he is not
implementing the Plans/Programs of the AIMIM. On the whole he turned to be a
big enemy of AIMIM. The High Court Order
given in the year 2005 seems to implemented by the government now.

Now, it is obvious for the public that there has been a sudden
change in the Revenue Authorities, Government Administrative Officials and
Police Officials and they are conducting raids on the Pailwans. The
people have been saying that the Pailwans
who used to previously follow the AIMIM and are not following now, so due to
this only the Government is taking action on those Pailwans. Are the
Revenue Authorities, Government
Administrative Officials and Police Officials working under the control of
AIMIM or is the AIMIM working under them???? This is what the people
are thinking.

The People believe that the lack of action by the concerned
authorities with in the time to the persons who committing small
crimes, is responsible
for the development of Goondas, Dons, Organised Criminals etc. The people are
discussing that the Government is responsible for this. If the government took
proper action before itself, then this blame would not have come on the
Government. We believe that you should give transparent answer to these public
