is-dircoop-ca@nic.in current status-case is closed.
2-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that case has been
closed on sole basis that matter is concerned with m/o petrolium and
natural gas. Hon'ble director did not think it proper to forward the
matter matter to the ministery concerned. This is not a characteristic
of good governance. 3-It is submitted before the
Hon'ble Sir that on the day of holi your applicant filed on line
grievance in the night between 11 to 1 "o"clock but grievance
registration number still awaited. 4-It is submitted before the
Hon'ble Sir that last time refill order delivery date was on 10.2.2012
and your applican got booked refill order on 2.3.2012 just after 21

why gas agency did not deliver the gas cylinder still.

that agency had to supply two cylinders in one month but at present
providing one cylinder in 1month and 10 days and reason told by them
is scarcity of gas. 7-It is submitted before the Hon'ble
Sir that when there is shortage of gas then how gas cylinders are
available at black rates in the open market and who accountable for
this blackmarketing of gas cylinders? 8-It is
submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that whether gas consumers can not
get redressal of their grievances in department of consumer affairs.
Whether rights of such consumers are safeguarded by m/o petrolium and
natural gas. This is humble request of your

individuals taken law under teeth may not dare to commit same offence
again. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon'ble Sir.
