These interviews were for his weekly radio show meant for leaders in various walks of life who have an interest in spirituality in leadership. I found him to be very open, sincere and keen to understand the dharma traditions and how they relate, compare and contrast with those of the West. He wants to understand Indian thought's relevance to the modern world. After the first interview (of about an hour) he received strong positive feedback from his listeners, and approached me for a second one. There is a definite trend in the US to integrate spiritual principles into leadership training, and his interest in the interview was to introduce dharma traditions for that purpose. |
