Hon'ble Sir. With due respect your applicant is reminding you Hon'ble
Sir that no action was taken by Hon'ble Sir on the matter as required
by law. I think that to maintain the sanctity of record in the public
office is a one of the important genuine duties of public authority is
to take seriously the charges of manipulation. When the sufficient
evidences of manipulation are available, then why concern public
authority is not taking action on the plea of your applicant. Here
this question arises that when no action is being taken by the public
authority against manipulator of public record on drawing the
attention by your applicant repeatedly then how it is possible that
public authority itself will take cognizance of manipulations of
public records? I think that all enquiry concern with the siphoning of
public fund is based on the public records so how public authority
will ascertain proper government fund utilization on the basis of
manipulated public records? This is humble request of your
applicant to direct public authority concern to take action my
pleading in accordance with the law. For this your applicant shall
ever pray you Hon'ble Sir. Yours Sincerely. Yogi M. P.
