Hon'ble Sir. With due respect , your applicant wants to draw kind
attention of Hon'ble Sir towards this reminder e-mail. It is
submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that your registry is not
instrumental in processing the appeals filed under subsection 3 of
section 19 of R.T.I. Act 2005. It is generally seen that the cases
which are to be listed in order to comply the order of Hon'ble
commissioner, clerk concerned are buisy in search of files during the
hearing of case. This carelessness causes missing of files and their
sequence disorder. This is why I am still awaiting your notice in
respect of some second appeals filed by your applicant.
This is my humble request to you Hon'ble Sir to pass direction in
respect of registry so that my second appeal may be listed for hearing
before U.P.S.I.C. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon'ble
