Hon'ble Sir. With due respect be informed that I have sent three
e-mails. Now this is fourth e-mail to you Hon'ble Sir. You have only
made an effort to make available, improper without taking perusal of
grievance, reply which is against the well established principle of an
institution. You articulated through mobile phone that mechanic will
reach on 16 may on 11:05 AM , ALSO said 16 may at 1 PM but
unfortunately both the promises, proved false. Next time assured our
team would update your status but when? You have accepted prime
channels of DD could not be shown due to dereliction of staff of
company but when matter is known from top to bottom, then could not be
rdressed. This is your obligatory duty to broadcast/telecast the DD
Channels, of the company authorities. This is my humble request to
you Hon'ble Sir to follow the norms setup by prasar Bharti and provide
excellent services to consumers. Please redress my grievance at the
earliest. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon'ble Sir.
