Hon'ble Sir. With due respect your applicant wants to draw
kind attention of Hon'ble Sir towards following submissions.
1-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that rural development
minister Mr Jayram Ramesh made scathing attack on mayawati government
in respect of implementation of MGNREGA through its letter dated
24 october 2011 . 2-It is submitted before the Hon'ble
Sir that Hon'ble central minister made the direct charges on mayawati
government in the state of uttar pradesh of open cases of embezzlement
of public fund meant for MGNREGA by the concern staff of state
government. 3-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir
that it was alleged by Hon'ble central minister that national level
monitoring committee submitted 22 reports which is pending before the
government of uttar pradesh for taking action but state government
adopted lackadaisical approach to the reports in view of your
applicant still. 4-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that Hon'ble
central minister sought the concurrent of C.B.I. enquiry in
misappropriation of MGNREGA fund Rs. 5000 crore spent in the districts
including Mirzapur, Balrampur, Sonebhadra, Sant Kabeer Nagar, Gonda ,
Kushi Nagar and Mahoba. In view of your applicant the effort of
central minister was genuine, sincere , constructive and full of
honesty in public interest. 5-It is submitted
before the Hon'ble Sir that mayawati government was indulged in
corruption from top to bottom so it is ipsofacto obvious that whatever
fact were put to justify itself in its support is not genuine and
authentic. We are witness of siphoning of MGNREGA fund by the concern
staff of state government and when complaint is made no action is
taken by the state machinery. 6-It is submitted
before the Hon'ble Sir that C.B.I. enquiry in the bungling of Central
fund meant to MGNREGA is must in public interest as required by law.
Please stop deviation of public fund to private pockets by
manipulating documents and running paper horses. This is
humble request to you Hon'ble Sir to take appropriate steps in public
interest as required by law. For this your applicant as well as poor
and downtrodden will always pray you Hon'ble Sir.
Yours sincerely. Yogi M. P. Singh Moh-Surekapuram, Jabalpur
Road, Dist-Mirzapur(U.P.)
