Hon'ble Sir. With due respect your applicant wants to draw your kind
attention towards following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that whether a letter
without letter no. of public office can be authentic.
2-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that whether B.S.A. can
make available non-certified photo-copy of letters as information
when information commissioner itself directed to made available
certified photo copies of letters during the earlier hearing, of even
those letter which you have already made available. 3--It is
submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that B.S.A. did not reply my RTI
communique and even did not reply when F.A.A. directed to do so. Now
proceeding is taking place in the U.P.S.I.C. since more than one year.
Whether this is not a fit case to impose pecuniar penalty if yes then
why information commission adopted lackadaisical approach in imposing
penalty on the B.S.A. Mirzapur. This is humble request to you Hon'ble
Sir to take action in accordance with the law. For this your applicant
shall ever pray you Hon'ble Sir. Yours sincerely. Yogi M. P.
