Hon'ble Sir. With due respect , your applicant wants to draw the kind
attention of Hon'ble Sir towards the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that
today at 6 "o" clock, your applicant received the letter of D.P.R.O.
Mirzapur which letter no. 393 / dated 30.5.2012 with annexure
(photocopy of letter no.477 dated 27.6.2011). 2-It
is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that in the aforesaid letter
D.P.R.O. Mirzapur only concocted a story and again misled his senior
staff. 3--It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that
if D.P.R.O. Mirzapur has made available information to your applicant
through letter no. 477 dated 27.6.2011 ,then why next date of hearing
has been fixed on 1.8.2012 . His representative A.D.P.R.O. Mirzapur
repeatedly attending the hearing in commission. 4-It is
submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that commission itself not satisfied
with the denial of information by D.P.R.O. Mirzapur through its letter
dated 27.6.2011 letter no. 477. 5-It is
submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that following informations were made
available by D.P.R.O. Mirzapur through its letter no. 477 dated
27.6.2011. I-1-In this query, no photo-copy of any letter has been
sought which is not in accordance with this law. I-2-In this query, no
photo-copy of any letter has been sought which is not in accordance
with this law. I-3-In this query, no photo-copy of any letter has been
sought which is not in accordance with this law. I-4-In this query, no
photo-copy of any letter has been sought which is not in accordance
with this law. I-5-In this query, no photo-copy of any letter has been

photo-copy of any letter has been sought which is not in accordance
with this law. 6-It is submitted before
the Hon'ble Sir that your applicant submitted grievance dated
14.12.2008 before PMO for redressal and sought information from
secretary ,complaint, government of U.P. Under subsection 1 of section
6 of R.T.I. Act 2005, that what action you have taken on letter dated
14.12.2008 and finally this crucial liability as obvious gone to
D.P.R.O. Mirzapur. Since forgery of public record was committed in the
office of D.P.R.O. and D.P.R.O. Mirzapur itself was indulged so how
can he made available information. This is my humble
request to you Hon'ble Sir direct vigilence enquiry in the matter so
that your applicant could get justice. Hon'ble Sir more that 2 and
half years passed since the first date of hearing in U.P.S.I.C. but no
