Hon'ble Sir. With due respect your applicant wants to draw kind
attention of Hon'ble Sir towards following submissions.
1-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that the redressal of
grivance without delay is the indication of effective government
machinery but my submitted grievance still awaits redressal at the
level of C.D.O. Mirzapur. 2-It is submitted before
the Hon'ble Sir that sanctity of record is the one of good
characteristics of good governance but unfortunately it seems that
manipulation of public record has been part of function of district
administration Mirzapur. 3-It is submitted before
the Hon'ble Sir that here public fund is embezzled then corresponding
public records are manipulated to conceal the wrongdoing.
4 -It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that central government
sough recommendation of C.B.I. enquiry in the bungling of MGNREGA fund
but unfortunately state government headed by Mayawati did not accept
the pious proposal and covered the wrongdoing of staff under carpet by
taking recouse of vigilence enquiry. 5-It is submitted before
the Hon'ble Sir that please again send the genuine proposal of C.B.I.
enquiry and new incumbent of state will certainly accept the proposal
of public interest and consequently poor and downtrodden of state will
get justice. People of state don't think about other options except
C.B.I. enquiry. This is humble request to you
Hon'ble Sir to pass appropriate order in accordance with the law so
that poor and downtrodden could get justice. For this your applicant
