Hon'ble Sir. With due respect your applicant again wants to remind you
Hon'ble Sir that no enquiry was made in the alleged bungling of fund
meant to poor scheduled caste students as scholarship took place due
to negligency of account officer of D.I.O.S. Mirzapur. There is
difference of Rs. 3 lac 6 thousand approximately in the withdrawn
amount and disbursed among students. How much unfortunate that how
Account officer of DIOS could not trace the anomaly in distribution ?
Which is obvious ipsofacto. This is humble request of your
applicant that please check the role of Account officer of DIOS who
check the certificate of utilization submitted in the DIOS office. If
such enquiries will be carriedout then many more such cases will come
to light. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon'ble Sir.
Yours sincerely . Yogi M. P. Singh Moh-Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road,
Dist-Mirzapur(U.P.)
