Hon'ble Sir. With due respect your applicant wants to draw kind
attention of Hon'ble Sir towards RTI communique dated 10.5.2010
addressed to D.M. Mirzapur as follows. An
application under subsection 1 of section 6 of R.T.I. Act 2005.
To Hon'ble
District Magistrate Dist-Mirzapur(U.P.) Subject-To direct
your PIO to furnish access to information point-wise to your applicant
within time stipulated under subsection 1 of section 7 of R.T.I. Act
2005. (Short Submissions) It is
submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that a piece of news titled scam in
installation of public hand pumps and rebore in the Block-Chhanbey was
published in the distinguished daily Amar Ujala in Mirzapur news dated
8 may 2010. Hon'ble Sir may take the perusal of the photo-copy of the
said news as annexure to application. Hon'ble Sir.
With due respect I want to request you Hon'ble Sir to made available
point-wise information as follows. 1-It is
request to you Hon'ble Sir to made available information that How many
public hand pumps out of 70 have been installed at private premises
and how much money has been realized as illegal gratification in
exchange? 2-It is request to you Hon'ble Sir to
made available information that How many public hand pumps have been
shown rebored out of 348 without reboring? 3-It is
request to you Hon'ble Sir to made available information that How many
hand pumps have been shown rebored which are not even in existence?
4-It is request to you Hon'ble Sir to made available
information that who monitored the entire process of installation and
reboring of public hand pumps at the block level? Please made
available the name and designation of this authority. 5-It is
request to you Hon'ble Sir to made available information that whether
verification is being carriedout by block level employees or any
committee constituted at district level for such a large scale scam.
I humbly request you Hon'ble Sir to direct your PIO to
made available point-wise information at the earliest. For this your
