Misuse of the Powers and abuse of the Authority is old phenomena of the Congress Party, including its Prime Minister and its allies Prime Minister. I am citing a strong proof from the File Noting received from the Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, and posted at :  https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/628837570491042/

 

In fact on 8^th July, 1993, I have submitted an application to the then President of India for according sanction to prosecute Sri Jyoti Basu, the then Chief Minister of West Bengal:

I am citing some facts from the aforesaid File Noting:-

 

The then Minister of State (PP) Mrs. Margret Alva on 30/10/1993, signed the File.

The then Prime Minister Sri P. V. Narsimha Rao’s, order was recorded on 29/03/1994 when file was forwarded by MOS(PP) as Follows:

“PRIME MINISTER’S OFFICE: I am desired to state that no … action is required at this stage.”

 

Order dated 5.5.97/8.7.97 as follows:-

“The decision of the Prime Minister with regard to the complaint received earlier against Shri Jyoti Basu, Chief Minister of West Bengal may be kindly seen at page 7/N…. The file is, however, submitted for perusal of the Prime Minister.”

 

Order dated 4.3.98 as follows:-

“Prime Minister has approved ‘a’ above.”, which means the then Prime Minister Sri Inder Kumar Gujral also repeated the same decision taken by the then Prime Minister Sri P. V. Narsimha Rao.
