Junglistan is a community of more than one million people that is all about saving India's forests. It all started 3 years ago when forest heroes like you decided to take a stand for saving forests.
Mahan is a gorgeous forest in Madhya Pradesh; home to a multitude of animals, birds and people.
And this year we are back. To make Junglistan bigger and wilder. urvashi, shortly you will find out how far we will go to save Mahan.
As you read this, we are at Essar's office in Mumbai. This company wants to do something terrible. They plan to completely destroy Mahan with their planned mining project [1]. What is even more worrying is that our government wants to help them do it.
This needs to stop NOW. We're going to raise a ruckus and it's going to be loud. Join us in being the voice for Mahan.
