Web Engineering

using PHP, MySQL Joomla

After completing this course, students will be able to:

Understand how to use HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Explain HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery its plug-ins.
Explain how to create dynamic Web pages by writing effective, efficient PHP scripts.
Install and configure PHP, MySQL and Apache Webserver on Windows Platform.
PHP Flow Controls, error handling, data validation, debugging, Functions and session management
Data validation techniques utilizing PHP regular expressions
Querying the database, displaying and formatting query results paging through records
Creating dynamic web applications using PHP and Ajax
Using PHP to process a Form, working with PHP Includes and Templates
Understand Joomla and create a sample website using Joomla.

Commencement Oct 13, 2014, (Monday / Wednesday)

Total Fee: Rs. 8000/- Eligibility: Any Graduate
