As a Board of Secondary and Intermediate Education operating nationally, the Aga Khan University Examination Board (AKU-EB) seeks competent invigilators to support the conduct of examinations across Pakistan.

AKU-EB's annual examinations are normally conducted in the month of May. Examinations are held in two sessions (morning and afternoon) called AM and PM sessions respectively on scheduled dates and times over a span of one month.

Integrity and transparency at all levels of the examination process are critical to AKU-EB as well as to all those involved. As an invigilator, you must realise the "high stakes" nature of conducting transparent examinations and perform your duties in a serious and responsible manner.

Responsibilities

As an invigilator, you are required to:

Understand and enforce AKU-EB's examination rules and regulation
Maintain consistency and integrity throughout the process
Be available for the full duration (one month) of examination session

Requirements and Key Competencies

Good communication skills i.e. written and spoken language skills in English and Urdu
Experience of working in a customer service oriented environment
Excellent time management skills
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Attention to detail
Flexibility
Positive, professional and customer-oriented attitude

Deadline for submitting applications is April 05 of the current year.
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview and training before the commencement of the examination session.
