Workshop on Parenting by Type
Pakistan Institute of Learning and Living (PILL) is organizing training workshop on "Parenting by Type"
OBJECTIVE OF TRAINING:
To enable Parents so that they can understand themselves and their Parenting Style and understand their Kids and their appropriate Nurturing Style using the framework of Personality Type using MBTI
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
· All parents who want to understand themselves, their Parenting Style, their kids and their appropriate Nurturing Style so that they can facilitate the optimal development of their Children through individualizing their Parenting Styles.
TRAINING WILL INCLUDE:
--> Personality Type Framework --> Discovering the Types of Parents and their Parenting Styles --> Understand the types of Kids and their appropriate Nurturing style --> Develop strengths of your unique Mothering Style
--> How this Personality Type effects your child in different stages
Lead Facilitator:
Dr. Muhammad Qamar-ul-Hassan – MBBS, MBTI Specialist - PILL
Dr Qamar is a pioneer and the Leading Expert on "Personality Type and Type Based Performance Improvement Solutions" in Pakistan. He is a Medical Doctor,Researcher and a Certified MBTI Practitioner (2005, KL).
He has over 16 years of experience of Consulting, Training, Counseling and Research.
He has successfully implemented Type (MBTI) based performance improvement solutions in many organizations and institutions in Pakistan.
