{Awareness} The Experience Of Time

I have known people who are way younger! Yet their level of wisdom is that of white haired elderly

And I have also come across elderly, who have not learnt the lessons of time!

Brother Suleman Ahmer (Founder of Timelenders) had this habit, of genuinely asking elderlies about valuable life lessons,

And few had real gems to share,
While others felt sadder thinking about past.

Some people live so many lives in one,
While other waste so many lives in one.

There is something in behavioral science called, Life Satisfaction.
It is the perception of how people feel when they look back!

This experience of time can be enhanced.
More on it later in'sha'Allah.

What you can do right now is to look back on your experience of time!

How will you summarize it in one sentence?
