Respected Sir,
I, Naresh Kumar Sehgal, President-Cum-Press reporter of all India Hindu Welfare Committee, resident of Kotkapura, apprehend danger to my own life and lives of my family members at the hands of Sukhbir Singh Badal, Dy CM Punjab and like the assaults on my life he himself and got committed in past.
He wants to eliminate me by murdering me in connivance with the officers of the Punjab Police, Civil Administration, Romy Kapoor, Surinder Kapoor, and terrorist group "Babar Khalsa" Natkhat, Balbira, Baba who assaulted on me on 26.12.2010 and earlier to that and attempted to cause my murder, armed with deadly weapons and the police did not arrest all the concerned assailants in that regard.
The said assailants have been protected by the police officers and the FIR of mine has not been registered in a proper way in the light of my statement.
The said persons and groups of terrorists are hurling threats upon me that I will be finished at any time as desired by Sukhbir Singh Badal. No security was been provided to me since 2007.
There were clear directions of my security from the Hon'ble court, but despite that, nothing has been done by the police. All this being happened at the pre-planned conspiracy and instance and wishes of Sukhbir Singh Badal. Even the record being tampered with intentionally to harm me.
Writ petitions pending in Hon'ble High court for security.
Immediate action be taken to protect my live and lives of my family members. C.R.P.F. or any other independent agency other than Punjab Police, my be deputed to protect me and my family members.

Respected Sir/Madam,
(1) Applicant and his family members apprehend great danger to their lives from Sukhbir Singh Badal Dy CM Punjab and other political Akali BJP Leaders police Civil officers bad elements terrorist group Babar Khalsa.
(2) Telegrams dated 11 April 15 April 19 April and 23 April 2011 already sent. Earlier also since 1998 numerous telegrams and applications sent if counted more than 100 but none of the officers recorded any statement nor investigation nor any security provided.
(3) Action not taken to defeat the FIRs got recorded by the applicant and to eliminate the applicant and family members till to-day applicant and family members attacked with deadly weapons at least for 16 times weapons used Carbine, stain gun etc.
(4) Security not provided despite ordered by the Hon'ble High court contrary false record prepared by the police showing providing security.
(5) Present law and order situation in Punjab run by Sukhbir Singh Badal is equal to that during the days of Terrorism in
(6) Last attack on applicant on 26 Dec. 2010 and secondly attacked on that very day when the applicant was laying admitted in Civil Hospital Kotkapura. Tried to Kidnapped. Attacked on 26 Dec by using carbine and other arms police failed to arrest the assailants nor any weapon of arm recovered nor any vehicle got recovered. Applicant suffered grievous injuries permanent marks of wounds left on face still taking medical treatment from outside in the secret manner.
(7) Applicant and family members strongly apprehend that they will be murdered by Sukhbir Singh Badal DY CM Punjab himself or through any other criminal sources.
(8) Earlier also Sukhbir Singh Badal himself with his gunmen attacked the applicant with weapons of arms. So many FIRs registered against Sukhbir Singh Badal police Civil officers and other bad elements concerning attacks on applicant.
(9) strongly apprehended to cause murder of applicant by framing in a false case, by encounter accident or being fired at by his supports bad elements Blast of Bomb can also be applied as recently Sukhbir Singh Badal pre planned hatched a conspiracy involved in a false case for being arrested and murdered. Hon'ble High court intervened and granted arrest stay to the applicant in that case.
(10) FIRs against Sukhbir Singh Badal police officers civil officers, linked terrorists Babar Khalsa group etc. pending none arrested nor any recovery effected. Applicant filed 6 criminal writ petitions in Hon'ble High court pending before Hon'ble Sh. Justice MMS Bedi and Hon'ble Justice Nirmaljit Kaur since 2006 and 2008 etc.
(11) No justice done with applicant and family members so far demanding justice even father of the applicant died.
(12) Murder of applicant is sure at the instance of Sukhbir Singh Badal.
(13) Your good self may feel inclined to give justice to me and if so then immediate action may be taken providing adequate security to me and family members. Security may exclude the Punjab Police being under Sukhbir Singh Badal.
(14) 24 hours security of CRPF or independent agency may be provided. All matters may be got investigated by CBI. Save me and my family members.

Applicant/petitioner Naresh Kumar Sehgal and family members apprehend imminent danger to lives. Many attacks done by Terrorists groups, bad elements and Sukhbir Singh Badal Dy CM Punjab. Detailed Regd Letter and telegrams by name already sent to all the Punjab State Govt. and Central Govt. of India and Hon'ble courts on dated 11 April, 15 April, 19 April, 23 April 2011 and 4 May, 7 May, 12 May 2011. No intimation received, no needful done, nor security provided.

May applicant expect justice ? Will I be give security ? Is it not the duty of Govt. of India and State Govt. to save the life of its citizens ? If a citizen who is law abiding and a press reporter-cum-president All India Hindu Welfare Committee, is harassed by bad elements, terrorists group Babar Khalsa, officers of Police and Civil Administration of Punjab Govt. and political leaders including Sukhbir Singh Badal Dy. CM Punjab etc. are licensed to harass me if so then it not the duty of the Hon'ble courts and justice Department Govt. of India and State Govt. to save my life and put a restraint against the high handedness of the said terrorists etc. and to take suitable action against them?
Applicant/petitioner is alone, poor and helpless, having no other means of request or help. Kindly intervene and save me and my family members immediately. I may be intimated accordingly.
