REFRENCE: Applicant's Letter No. NS/HINDU/FDK/Spl/154-162 DATED 01-12-2009 and NS/HINDU/FDK/Spl/210-218 DATED 01-04-2010 and No. NS/HINDU/FDK/Spl/454-462 Dated: 01-12-2010, No. NS/Hindu/FDK/Spl/564-572 Dated: 06-12-2010 and other letters to your goodself but no action nor any information.

 

Respected Sir/Madam,

       The applicant submits the application as under:-

 

  1. That Mass-Acre killings of Hindu minorities/lived in Punjab by bomb blast, firing, kidnapping and dacoity other extreme violent methods without any fault on their part.
  2. That Killings by pick and choose of Hindus by taking them out of residential homes, shops, Buses, cars, jeeps, trains, parks, temples, offices, courts etc by way of kidnapping, bomb blasting etc. Without any rhyme or reason or fault on their part. Appointment of Hindu Commission to render justice to them and protect their lives and property, which they have been deprived of till to day.
  3. That to render justice to the families of Police officials/officers court officials/officers/Press reports and doctors etc. who dared and stood against repes and highhandedness and other terrorists happenings, took place against Hindu families lived in Punjab as they were killed without any fault on their part.
  4. That To render justice to the Hindu families, religious learders, Kirtan Mandlies, Matts, Dharamshalas killed innocently by the terrorists and causing harm to religious sentiments of Hindus openly and in a proclaimed manner and to make sure the safety of religious Hindu places.
  5. That Killings of Hindu families in the Punjab State by the terrorists during the year 1978 to 2009. To increase the financial help already granted to injured and families of those Hindus who have been killed by the Terrorists.

For appointment of Hindu Commission to render justice to the Hindu families who have left Punjab due to terrorists activities in Punjab State during the above said period by making a through probe in the matter and to proceed in accordance with law against the terrorists elements who have concealed themselves in the Country or have gone abroad and to bring them back for legal action against them so as to render justice to all the aggrieved person.
