Subject: Fwd: To check authenticity of news dated 15.6.2011 titled
direction of action against B.D.O. , A.D.O. & secretary.

Hon'ble Sir. With due respect your applicant wants to
draw kind attention of Hon'ble Sir towards lackadaisical approach of
editor of Amar Ujala daily in redressing the grievance of the reader
of the daily ie your applicant. Here this question arises that whether
media are free to serve unauthentic, bogus, groundless and fabricated
news stories to their readers? even when complaints are made then
procrastinating efforts are made by the editor as ipsofacto obvious.
Whether editor is not bound by any law of land which strictly directs
him to follow the moral and ethical values of publishing. Whether in
country like india media is free to serve any kind of fabricated news
item and readers are bound to read them and their grievances will
remain unredressed as such. This is humble
request of your applicant to you Hon'ble Sir to pass an appropriate
order in accordance with law so that no print media or electronic
media may mislead its readers/viewers latter as is being done now a
days. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon'ble Sir. Yours
Sincerely. Yogi M. P. Singh. Moh-Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road
Dist-Mirzapur (U.P.)

Hon'ble Sir. With due respect your reader wants to remind
you Hon'ble Sir that even after furnishing substantial evidence, you
have not taken any step to correct your false news as far as my
knowledge is concerned. I have already told you that I am regular
reader of your daily and read thoroughly in addition be informed that
you have never tried to clarify the facts before the readers of your
daily that you have published aforesaid news by mistake. You Hon'ble
Sir always claim that through your daily , only true, authentic, based
on facts, filtered news are circulated among the readers. But
aforesaid news exposed you before the public that your news paper no
more differs from other dailies which job is only to papularize the
senior bureaucrats and politicians in order to get their sympathy and
more intimacy. This is humble request to you
Hon'ble Sir if you pay little heed to request of your reader, then
made available press note issued from the government office. For this
your applicant shall ever pray you Hon'ble Sir. Yours Reader
Yogi M. P. Singh.
