Madam, now You may give notice u/s IPC 166,167,219 as well as Corruption Act  to  all  the Info Commissioners of UP SIC ; as they have been intentionally  harming the citizens, & safeguarding the guilty PIOs.   Perhaps FIRs can be lodged against the erring Info Commissioners through  court , after getting permission from Governor.
