TV9 Coverage on Baba Ramadev - the cowardice of journalism

TV9 is questioning the legitimacy of the properties of Baba Ramadev. It is a sad spectacle of Indian media questioning Baba Ramadev but they have very little to say about Sonia Gandhi. When I questioned that they lack courage to investigate Sonia Gandhi, Mr. Dinesh Akula from TV9 quickly hung up and another gentleman by name Rajini Kanth said I was teaching lessons about journalism.
Rather than question the legitimacy of properties of Baba Ramadev, it would be a simple check by the media through the reporters in US and Europe on the legitimacy. Not only that, they have not bothered to question Sonia Gandhi in spite of severe allegations for last decade. These people lack the courage to go to Italy and check the high life lived by Sonia sisters. They lack the courage to query FBI about Rahul Gandhi arrest in 2001 with large unaccounted cash. They lack the courage to write the crores of rupees in Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. It took us years to wait for Wikeleaks to expose how Sonia bought with billions of stolen money to buy the MPs and have they bothered to investigate that all these years?
They have not send reporters to France to find out about allegations that Sonia sisters are deciding what jets billions of dollars India needs to buy, where it is very well known Frech industry bribe to get contracts. They have not send reporters to Argentina and find out how Quattrochi was let off by forged papers. They have not send reporters to Italy how Sonia sisters have an Indian Antique store selling at millions of dollars stolen antiques from India. They lack the courage to ask how Sonia is going on private jets given by Ambanis. They have not inquired who ordered the night raid on innocent citizens as if India is under Nazi style dictatorial rule.
The same media agencies have not questions what is happening literally millions of dollars that christian missionaries are pumping into India and spreading hatred, the missionaries whom Mahatma Gandhi called the deadliest poison that ever sapped the fountain of truth. What is happening those millions, most of them are taken by middle men, a good chunk is also spend on media to denigrate native religions. It is quid pro quo arrangement of the media and missionaries. Amritanandi Mayi Ma who donated crores for tsunami victims irrespective of caste, creed and religion, they are first to criticize. The media in India is a business, it is a business of propaganda. It is not what a mature democracy would expect, to be fourth pillar of a democratic institution.
If they have any courage, let them expose the 100 million dollar lawsuits against Sonia for taking a full page by several NRIs in 2007. In fact some of us feel that this presentation denigrated, maligned, insulted and belittle Hindu traditions and culture. सोनिया गांधी की यात्रा का खर्च 1850 करोड़
इतना खर्चा तो प्रधानमंत्री का भी नहीं है : पिछले तीन साल में सोनिया की सरकारी ऐश का सुबूत, सोनिया गाँधी के उपर सरकार ने पिछले तीन साल में जीतनी रकम उनकी निजी बिदेश यात्राओ पर की है उतना खर्च तो प्रधानमंत्री ने भी नहीं किया है ..एक सुचना के अनुसार पिछले तीन साल में सरकार ने करीब एक हज़ार आठ सौ अस्सी करोड रूपये सोनिया के विदेश दौरे के उपर खर्च किये है ..कैग ने इस पर आपति भी जताई तो दो अधिकारियो का तबादला कर दिया गया .
अब इस पर एक पत्रकार रमेश वर्मा ने सरकार से आर टी आई के तहत निम्न जानकारी मांगी है :
- सोनिया के उपर पिछले तीन साल में कुल कितने रूपये सरकार ने उनकी विदेश यात्रा के लिए खर्च की है ?
- क्या ये यात्राये सरकारी थी ?
- अगर सरकारी थी तो फिर उन यात्राओ से इस देश को क्या फायदा हुआ ?
- भारत के संबिधान में सोनिया की हैसियत एक सांसद की है तो फिर उनको प्रोटोकॉल में एक राष्ट्रअध्यछ का दर्जा कैसे मिला है ?
- सोनिया गाँधी आठ बार अपनी बीमार माँ को देखने न्यूयॉर्क के एक अस्पताल में गयी जो की उनकी एक निजी यात्रा थी फिर हर बार हिल्टन होटल में चार महगे सुइट भारतीय दूतावास ने क्यों सरकारी पैसे से बुक करवाए ?
- इस देश के प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार सिर्फ प्रधानमंत्री और राष्ट्रपति ही विशेष विमान से अपने लाव लश्कर के साथ विदेश यात्रा कर सकते है तो फिर एक सांसद को विशेष सरकारी विमान लेकर विदेश यात्रा की अनुमति क्यों दी गयी ?
- सोनिया गाँधी ने पिछले तीन साल में कितनी बार इटली और वेटिकेन की यात्राये की है ?
मित्रों कई बार कोशिश करने के बावजूद भी जब सरकार की ओर से कोई जबाब नहीं मिला तो थक हारकर केंद्रीय सुचना आयोग में अपील करनी पड़ी.
केन्द्रीय सूचना आयोग प्रधानमंत्री और उनके कार्यालय के गलत रवैये से हैरान हो गया .और उसने प्रधानमंत्री के उपर बहुत ही सख्त टिप्पडी की
